📝 Ingredients

  • pepper Jack cheese 2.00 reduced fat 2 slices
  • celery seed 1.00 tsp
  • shallots 1.00 med minced
  • celery 2.00 stalks small diced
  • mayonnaise 0.25 cup made with olive oil
  • tuna packed in water 10.00 oz chunk-light
  • drained 2 (5-ounce) cans
  • tomato(es) 4.00 large
  • nonstick cooking spray 1.00 1 spray
  • 0.25 gram

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to broil (500°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil (spritz with baking spray) and set aside
