{5-ingredient} Apple Tart

This easy apple tart recipe is made with only 5-ingredients! It's breakfast, dessert, and a snack all rolled into one recipe. I KNOW.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 large apples (thinly sliced (I used honey crisp but granny smith or gala would work as well))
- 2 Tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2
With a knife, carefully spread butter over the dough, stopping about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough.
- 3
Sprinkle the dough with brown sugar, stopping about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough.
- 4
Place apples over the dough in a line, overlapping as you go (also leaving a 1/2 inch border). Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon sugar.
- 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until puff pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- 6
Enjoy!
