- sirloin tip
- top round steak
- or bottom round steak

- black pepper 0.50 tsp
- nonstick cooking spray 0.50 g 2 sprays

- corn tortillas 8.00 small 6-inch
- salsa verde (tomatillo salsa) 0.50 cup
- avocado 1.00 large sliced
- cherry tomatoes 1.00 cup quartered
- fresh cilantro 0.25 cup chopped
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Remove steak from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling. Rub steak with salt and pepper.
- 2Preheat an indoor grill pan
- 3skillet
- 4or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
- 5Once the grill pan is hot
- 6coat with oil. Add steak and cook for 6-8 minutes per side
- 7until steak reaches desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate; let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- 8Wipe the grill pan with a paper towel and spray it lightly with cooking spray. Return to medium heat.
- 9Place two tortillas on the grill pan and grill for 2 -3 minutes
- 10just until toasted. Flip and toast for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and grill the remaining tortillas.
- 11Top the tortillas with salsa verde
