  • fresh thyme 0.50 sprig 1/2 small bunch
  • garlic 2.00 clove minced
  • olive oil 1.00 tbsp
  • sugar-free maple-type syrup 1.50 tsp
  • salt 0.13 tsp
  • black pepper 0.13 tsp

    Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Add them to a medium bowl.
