- water 1.33 cup
- red lentils 0.33 cup dried
- olive oil 1.00 tbsp
- tahini 1.00 tbsp
- lemon juice 1.00 tbsp
- garlic 0.50 tsp minced
- ground cumin 0.50 tsp
- salt 0.25 tsp
- black pepper 0.25 tsp
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1In a small saucepan combine water and dried red lentils and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 2Reduce the heat to low and simmer

- 4stirring occasionally
- 5about 30 minutes or until the lentils have split and become soft. Cool and transfer to a food processor.
