This apple cream cheese tart is made with puff pastry and spiced rum! It feels very fancy but is so easy to put together! Topped with vanilla ice cream!

  • 1/2 pound (1 sheet) puff pastry (store bought or homemade quick puff pastry), thawed
  • 113 grams (1/2 cup, 4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 227 grams (1 cup) spiced rum, any brand or flavor you like
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
  • 56 grams (1/4 cup, 1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) brown sugar, light or dark
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
