Tsoureki Christmas Tree

This recipe makes a delicious and festive tsoureki that’s great for a Holiday Brunch or as a dessert for your Holiday table.
Ingredients

- • 2 ounces unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- • 1/2 cup candied citrus peel
- • 1/2 cup candied cherries and pineapple, chopped
- • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- • 1-ounce unsalted butter, soft
- • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- • 2-4 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
