- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese (shredded)
- 1 Tablespoon cornmeal
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 450º F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and sprinkle cornmeal over the top.
- 2
Add chicken breast strips, bell peppers, onions, oil and fajita seasoning to a large bowl. Toss well to coat.

Roll dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Pierce dough with a fork over the entire surface and bake for 5 minutes.
- 5
Remove crust from the oven and spread salsa over the crust.
- 6
Sprinkle chicken mixture evenly over the sauce. And top with the cheese.
- 7
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and crust is turning golden brown.
- 8
Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
