Easy Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

Tender potatoes cooked in cream and topped with gooey cheese. Using hash browns makes this the easiest potato recipe ever!
Ingredients
- 32 oz bag of cubed frozen hash brown potatoes, (thawed)
- 1 3/4 cups half & half cream
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

Let the hash browns thaw for several hours in the fridge, or for 2-3 hours at room temperature.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray.

Spread the hash browns in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly over the top of the potatoes, then add the half and half.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake 350° for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and most of the liquid has evaporated.

Sprinkle the cheese over the top, replace the foil and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
