Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 5.1 oz box vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup oil

    Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13x9 cake pan with nonstick spray.

    Mix Batter: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together the cake mix, milk, applesauce, oil, and half of the pineapple.
