Ingredients

  • 1 13oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons xanthan gum

    Mix: Combine all the ingredients except the xanthan gum in a medium pot over the medium heat on the stove.
