These delicious pork chops have a crispy parmesan crust and are perfectly juicy inside.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (I used freshly grated Parmesan)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Spray a square baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2Whisk together egg and water in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, paprika, parsley, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Dip the pork chops in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each side of the pork chops for about 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. 5Transfer the pork chops to the prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°.
  6. 6To prevent the juices from running out, let the meat sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
