Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Wings

Deliciously crisp wings with a punchy seasoning, these Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Wings will quickly become your new obsession. They're quicker and tastier than you can find in any restaurant!
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken wings
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Remove the wing tips from 400g chicken wings

Separate each double wing into flats and drums by carefully cutting through the joint. Check over each wing for any loose pieces of bone and remove

Preheat your air fryer if required

Add the wings to a bowl along with 1 tsp sunflower oil and 1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning. Toss until the wings are evenly coated

Place the chicken wings in your air fryer making sure you allow space for the air to circulate. You may need to cook the wings in batches depending on the size of your air fryer

Air fry the wings at 200°C for 10-15 minutes. Depending on their size they will be cooked after 10-11 minutes so cook for longer to get them as crisp as you like
