Zaru Udon (Cold Udon) ざるうどん

- plenty water for cooking
- 1/2 cup kaeshi (*1)
- 1 1/2 cup dashi (*2)
- shredded nori seaweed
- tenkasu
- finely chopped scallions
- grated ginger
- thinly sliced myoga
- sesame seeds
