- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 8 ounces spaghetti (or thick spaghetti)
- 4 quarts water
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs (cut into 1" pieces)
- 8 ounces sliced brown mushrooms (1/4" thick)
- 1 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Make the Sauce - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sambal oelek, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic. Set aside.

- 4Stir-Fry the Vegetables - To the wok, add the mushrooms, bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots. Stir-fry until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 5Add the Sauce - Stir in the cooked noodles, chicken, and remaining soy sauce mixture until well combined. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 6To Serve - Garnish the garlic noodles with cilantro right before serving.
