  • 1 1/2 pounds Beef (cut into cubes)

  • 14 oz Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Onion flakes
  • 1 large cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
