Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

I will be the first to admit that I am not a big fan of Salads; however, this Japanese Dressing is honestly SO delicious and addicting that even a non-salad eater like myself LOVES IT! If you never tried Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing, you are missing out. Sweet, savory, refreshing, tangy, and super umami is the salad dressing you will love! Ingredients
- 1 cup Oil (grapeseed, olive oil, or avocado oil)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup ginger (peeled, roughly chopped ~ 1 knob/17g)
- 1 carrot (roughly chopped)
- 1.5 Apple (peeled, roughly chopped)
- 1/4 Onion (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Miso Paste
- 2.5 tbsp Sugar ( or Honey)
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend in a highspeend blender for 45 seconds - 1 minute. You don’t want it too runny, but still has a little bit of texture.
