Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 lb of Thinly Sliced Beef
  • 1 cup of Corn, Peas, and Carrots
  • 3 cups of Cooked Rice ((Day Old & Cold) )
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped )
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp of Shacha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp of Chili Oil (optional)

Instructions

    Turn the heat up to medium-high. In a pan, drizzle in oil, and once the pan is hot, add in chopped onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until translucent

    Add in minced garlic and thinly sliced beef and saute together for another 2-3minutes.

    Add in frozen corn, peas, and carrots and saute. for 1-2 minutes

    Add in rice and pour on the sauce. Saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until every grain of rice is coated in the sauce.

    OPTIONAL, but highly recommended, topped with a fried egg
