Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage ((pork sausage))
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 3 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese ((shredded Fiesta blend))
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups whole milk

    fry sausage: Fry the sausage until browned. Stir in the cheddar cheese sauce and set aside.
