Simple Yogurt Dill Sauce (or Dip)

My easy 5 ingredient yogurt sauce is the one to reach for when you need something quick to add creamy texture with tangy flavor to your favorite recipes. This creamy Yogurt Dill Sauce features rich and thick plain yogurt, punchy dill, fresh garlic, with a touch of lemon and hearty olive oil. Enjoy as a condiment or dip! There's so many ways to enjoy it. This recipe yields about 1 cup (255 grams)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 grams) Plain Whole Milk Yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped fine)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice (from about 1/2 a lemon)
- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper

In a small mixing bowl, add the yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Whisk until the ingredients are evenly distributed and no olive oil streaks remain.

Enjoy right away or transfer to a lidded container and place in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to three days. If time permits make at least 30 minutes before sharing so flavors can marry.
