- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained, and squeezed dry)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 ounces shredded parmesan (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese (about 1 cup)
- 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
