When I need to make an easy no-bake dessert in the summer, my first choice is this Frozen Yogurt Bark. It takes me just 10 minutes to prep and it’s a delicious treat that also happens to be pretty healthy. I make it with Greek yogurt, chocolate, and berries. It’s perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth or making a fun snack for the whole family.

📝 Ingredients

  • 32 oz Greek yogurt (plain and full-fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 oz dark chocolate (melted - optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1prep the pan: Prepare a half-sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. 2Spread the yogurt in an even layer that is about, 1/4 inch thick.
  3. 3add berries: Top it with berries of your choice.
  4. 4add chocolate: Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  5. 5Freeze for 4-8 hours. Slice and serve, and store in the freezer.
