Leftover Brisket Sandwiches

The ULTIMATE brisket sandwich, a flavor-packed sandwich you won't be able to get enough of. Whether it's using leftover brisket or you are cooking your brisket just for sandwiches, this sandwich seriously goes down too easy.
Ingredients
- 10 oz cooked brisket
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 brioche or ciabatta buns ((lightly toasted))
- 1/4 cup bread & butter pickles or sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup slaw
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions
Instructions
- 1
Begin by chopping the leftover brisket, which is easiest when it is slightly warm. Use all the pieces from the burnt ends.
- 2
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped brisket with the BBQ sauce, stirring until it is well combined and heated through. About 3 to 4 minutes.
- 3
Assemble the sandwiches on the toasted buns with bread & butter pickles or relish on the bottom, followed by the brisket, slaw and pickled red onions on top. Serve immediately.
