  • 15.25 oz. white cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup cold coffee
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip, thawed)
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate (optional – for shaving on top)
