Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds lean ground turkey (or ground beef)
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni noodles
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz fat free evaporated milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
