Biscoff Tiffin - Simple and Delicious

Biscoff Tiffin is a traditional Scottish Tiffin recipe with Biscoff Biscuits used in the base and a healthy portion of Biscoff spread combined with the chocolate topping to enhance the flavour. So you get the tastes and textures of the traditional Tiffin recipe with a subtle undercurrent of Biscoff flavour. It's no-bake, easy, and amazingly delicious!
Ingredients
- 200 g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (approximately 12 biscuits)
- 175 g Digestives (approximately 11 biscuits or 2 cups)
- 200 g (3/4 cups + 2 tbsp) Unsalted Butter
- 60 g (4 tbsp) Biscoff Spread
- 50 g (2.5 tbsp) Golden Syrup
- 40 g (5 tbsp) Cocoa
- 40 g (3 tbsp) caster sugar
- 300 g (10.5oz) Milk Chocolate
- 40 g (3 tbsp approx) Biscoff Spread
