  • 3 - 4 cartofi
  • 2- 3 ardei verzi
  • 1 ardei rosu
  • 2 -3 cepe
  • 2 -3 rosii
  • usturoi
  • sare
  • piper

Instructions

    Tai cartofii cubulete si ii asezi intr-o tava impreuna cu carnea.

    Tai ardeiul si rosiile bucatele, ceapa rondele si le pui in tava.

    Sarezi si piperezi dupa gust, adaugi usturoiul pisat, torni o cana cu apa, apoi dai totul la cuptor pentru 1 ora.

    Din cand in cand mai scoti tava si mai pui putina apa daca este nevoie. Pofta buna!
