Almond Biscotti

These almond biscotti are firm, crisp and full of almonds, with orange zest giving the dough a little lift. Enjoy them with a tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 Cup unsalted butter (1 Stick, softened)
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon almond extract
- 1 Teaspoon orange zest
- 1 Cup raw almonds (1/2 Cup whole and 1/2 Cup roughly chopped)
