Ground Beef Noodles

Quick and easy Asian ground beef noodles recipe with pasta noodles, minced beef and savoury classic sauces. Perfect for weeknight dinners, it’s a crowd-pleaser that delivers satisfying flavour with minimal effort. Ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 250 gram Ground beef (Minced beef )
- 140 gram Dried Noodles (Pasta or a choice of noodles ( 2 servings ))
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 1 Bell pepper (Diced)
- 1-2 Spring onions (Scallions, cut thin slices)
- 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Regular soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Shao Xing wine (Or Mirin ( optional ))
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Chilli oil (( optional ))
- 1 tsp Black pepper

Bring a pot of water to a boil, and cook the noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water, and set aside.

While the noodles cook, heat a bit of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and sauté until soft and fragrant.

Add the ground beef and stir until it starts to brown, breaking up any large chunks as it cooks.

Pour in regular soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a splash of cooking wine. Combine well to evenly coat the ground beef and allow it to cook through, blending the flavours.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together. If the mixture seems thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to loosen it.

Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with black pepper, spring onions, and chilli oil to taste. Mix and serve warm.
