📝 Ingredients

  • 3 large (2 1/2 pounds) russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cowboy Butter, melted

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. 2Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch matchsticks; place into bowl of water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain potatoes thoroughly; pat dry.
  3. 3Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Divide potatoes between prepared baking sheets. Bake 30 minutes. Turn potatoes; continue baking 5-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted Cowboy Butter over each pan; toss to coat. Return to oven 5 minutes. Taste; season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
