Ingredients

- 3 cup Chicken Stock (or Water (About 750ml))
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Spring onion (Cut thin slices)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch (Mix with 3 tbsp water to make cornstarch slurry)

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set it aside.

Add minced garlic, white pepper, and salt. Reduce the heat and bring it to a simmer.
