Easy Juicy Beef stir fry loaded with crunchy fresh vegetables and drenched in a delicious sauce. Yum!! This Beef stir fry and vegetables is about to get into your weekly meal rotation because it's soo good.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 packet McCormick® ONE Mix (One Skillet Beef Stir Fry and Vegetables variety)
  • 1 Tbsp of corn starch
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp pepper flakes
  • 1 lb beef cut up into small strips
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 medium Medium onion chopped (chopped)
  • 1 medium medium red bell pepper chopped (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium medium green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3 medium carrots (cut julienne style)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 small Zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 medium head ( about 2 cups ) broccoli (blanched)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix the base sauce contents together and set aside.
  2. 2Heat up skillet, add oil, begin to stir fry beef cuts.
  3. 3Add the garlic, ginger and onions to the beef. Continue to stir till onions looks translucent.
  4. 4Add the carrots, stir fry for about a minute to soften slightly.
  5. 5Add the chopped bell peppers and continue to stir fry for another minute.
  6. 6Add Salt then add the Zucchini slices. Water/ beef stock and base sauce.
  7. 7Stir in the blanched broccoli. Let sauce simmer for about a minute. Turn off heat.
