Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 15 oz chicken (cut into thin slices)
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon rosdee seasoning powder
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup pineapple (bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup onions (thin slices)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 3/4 cup cucumber (thin slices)
  • 4 stalks of green onions (chopped)

Instructions

    Preheat a wok or skillet over medium heat and add oil. Sauté garlic until it turns golden, approximately 20 seconds.
