📝 Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • fresh lemon juice (to finish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Remove the Salmon Fillets from the fridge 20-30 minutes before you plan to cook them and pat them with paper towels.

  3. 3Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium and the fillets to the pan—Cook undisturbed for 3 minutes (they should be golden brown).
  4. 4Flip fillets to the uncooked side down and cook another 3-5 minutes to cook through or until they reach an internal temperature of 125°F (52°C) to 130°F (54°C) in the middle.
  5. 5Remove from the heat top with ½ Tablespoon of butter and a squeeze of lemon, allow to melt and spread the butter over the fillets.
  6. 6Transfer the to a dish, cover loosely with foil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
