Christmas Cheese Board

The perfect treat for any special day, a festive family after-dinner treat or a boxing day grazing platter. Put together a deliciously festive cheese and biscuits, dried fruits and nuts. Add a few seasonal festive touches such as cranberry sauce, dates and gingerbread men to make it extra special. - 200 gram Vintage Cheddar
- 150 gram Stilton
- 100 gram Smoked Cheese
- 100 gram Wensleydale with Cranberries
- 100 grams Red Leicester
- 150 grams Boursin
- 100 grams Port Wine Derby
- 4 Figs
- 100 grams Dates
- Bunch Red Grapes
- Bunch Green Grapes
- Handful Dried Cranberries
- Handful Walnuts
- Handful Pistachio
- Handful Wasabi Coated Peanuts
- 70 grams Carrs Cheddar Melts
- 70 grams Hovis Digestives
- 60 grams Water biscuits
- 70 grams Ritz
- 70 grams Breadsticks
- 60 grams Ryvita Thins
- 40 grams Mini Gingerbread Men
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Jam
- 2 tbsp Caramelised Onion
- 2 tbsp Pickle
- 2 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
- Handful Whole Fresh Cranberries
- Pine cones
- Christmas Foliage
- Glass bottles with twinkle lights

Decorate: Begin by decorating the board you are using as the grazing platter, we used festive foliage.

Brie: Optional- Use a cookie cutter to make a Christmas-shaped hole into the mini brie wheel and fill it with cranberry sauce.

Cheese: Start adding the bigger items to the cheese board first, cheeses and fruits.The cheeses we have included here are a guide, but you can mix them up to suit your guest preferences.

Chutney: Transfer chutney, pickles and jams into small dishes to add to the platter.

Crackers: Place different crackers, biscuits and breadsticks around the cheeses.

Nuts: Add the smaller items like dried fruits and nuts in any gaps between the fruits, cheese and biscuits

Serve: Ready to serve.

Gingerbread: For a fun Christmas treat, add some mini gingerbread men to the board.
