📝 Ingredients

  • 4 pound pork loin
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh, minced)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375 F degrees and arrange the rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. 2Drizzle the olive oil over the pork loin. In a small bowl mix together the garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary. Rub this all over the pork.
  3. 3Cook the pork for 45 to 60 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the pork reads anywhere from 145 to 160 F degrees.
  4. 4Transfer the pork roast to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes before cutting into it.
