This recipe is brimming with juicy shrimp, fresh avocado, and crisp veggies, all bathed in a vibrant citrus-tomato-clam juice. Whether you're serving it as a light appetizer or a zesty side dish, it's guaranteed to impress with its bright, bold flavors.
