  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Vegetable oil for frying
