Fresh Pina Colada Recipe

Refreshing, made with whole foods, a little booze and a touch of sugar, this 5 ingredient reader favorite white rum cocktail is my best Piña Colada recipe! You won't believe how easy this frozen tropical cocktail is to whip up.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (245 grams) Whole Pineapple Chunks* (if using canned chunks - from a whole pineapple see notes)
- 1/4 cup (48 grams) Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Cream** (from a can of full fat coconut milk - see note)
- 3 ounces (70 grams) White Rum (for two servings (4 1/2 oz (105g) for three) see notes)
- 1 tablespoon Organic Cane Sugar*** (adjust to taste - see note)
- 3 cups (320 grams) Ice
- Fresh Pineapple Wedges

In a high speed blender (affiliate link) add the pineapple chunks, juice, coconut creme, rum, sugar and ice. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth yet still icy cold. Taste for sugar adjustment if needed.
