  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 each red and yellow pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted if desired)
