📝 Ingredients
- 800 gr ( 21 oz ) of pork loin
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion or shallot
- extra virgin olive oil
- sage
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Place the pork loin in a bowl and cover it with the milk
- 2make a soffritto with 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and onion
- 3Flour the pork loin.
- 4let it roast on all sides for few minutes over medium heat.
- 5add salt, pepper, a few sage leaves and two sprigs of rosemary
- 6Add the milk with which the pork loin was covered.
- 7Cook the pork loin for about 1 and ½ hours over low heat.
