Sea Bass Fillets with Zucchini and Potatoes

Sea Bass Fillets with Potatoes and Zucchini, made with layers of sea bass fillets, zucchini and potatoes (cut into thin slices). An easy and quick recipe, you can made it the day before, in case of parties or dinners with guests, because it’s delicious both served hot or at room temperature.
Ingredients
- 4 of sea bass fillets
- 3 of zucchini medium size
- 3 of potatoes medium size
- breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
Instructions

cut zucchini and potatoes into very thin slices.

remove the skin from the sea bass fillets and cut the fillets horizontally with a sharp knife trying to make the most possible thin slices

Take a rectangular ceramic baking dish and put a bit of extra virgin olive oil on the bottom

start to make the layers; first the potato slices with a pinch of salt, then the slices of sea bass and finally the slices of zucchini

On the layer of zucchini sprinkle the chopped parsley, a little breadcrumbs, a bit of finely chopped garlic, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Keep doing it until you finish all the ingredients. Bake at 180° (350F) for about 30 minutes. Serve.
