📝 Ingredients

  • 250 g of minced beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2-5 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 5 potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Hard cheese (optional)
  • A splash of sunflower oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat a splash of sunflower oil in a pan. Add onion and crushed garlic clove to the heated oil and simmer until soft and golden-brown. Then, add minced beef with salt and pepper and cook until the beef is browned.
  2. 2Add tomato puree to the cooked beef and stir. Add vinegar and stir. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3Meanwhile, wash potatoes, add them to a large bowl and microwave for 7-8 minutes (or use the built-in microwave setting used to cook potatoes).
  4. 4Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them through the center, add a pinch of salt, pepper and a knob of butter.
  5. 5Once the minced beef sauce is cooked, stuff the microwave jacket potatoes with the sauce and top with grated cheese.
