Spinach Artichoke Dip (No Mayo)

A simple cold spinach dip recipe, no mayo or eggs! Just big flavor and a creamy texture. Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh vegetables. Perfect for picnics, parties, and simple snacking!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated )
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach ( 1-10 oz package thawed and drained)
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts ( 1-14 oz can drained and chopped)

Beat: In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the spinach and artichokes, beat until smooth.

Stir: Thaw the frozen chopped spinach. Place it in the center of clean kitchen towel. Twist the top and squeeze out excess water.

Chill: Stir in the the spinach and artichokes. Cover and refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
