- 1 bag ajweh (dates paste) 13 oz or 15-20 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of quick oats
- 3/4 cup of chopped raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine ajweh (date paste), quick oats, chia seeds, and chopped almonds.
- 2Mix all the ingredients well with your hands until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
- 3Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
- 4Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too sticky, lightly rub your hands with olive oil.
- 5Repeat until all the mixture is rolled.
