📝 Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted ((I like also using bread like ciabatta, challah, etc.))
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, smooth ((You can sub with dairy-free yogurt as well))
  • 2 Tbsps strawberry or blueberry jam/preserves
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled + sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, strawberry slices, or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, toasted ((See Notes!))
  • 2 tsps chia seeds ((See Notes!))
  • 1 Tbsp organic raw honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1--- TO TOAST THE BREAD: ---
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter or lightly drizzle olive oil atop both sides of each bread and add to a wire rack atop a baking sheet and toast until golden and crisp, about 5-6 minutes or so.
  3. 3--- TO MAKE THE TOAST: ---
  4. 4To make the toast, add a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt atop each bread and spread evenly. Top with strawberry or blueberry jam/preserves, sliced bananas, fresh berries, coconut flakes, sprinkles of chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
