Stir-fried spicy beef rice with greens

Quick and easy but packed with flavour, stir-fries are a great option to feed your family in a flash. We use spring greens in this recipe, but you can add more veg when they're out of season, if you like.
📝 Ingredients
- about 250g lean sirloin or frying steak trimmed of all fat and cut into thin strips
- sunflower oil
- a thumb-sized piece root ginger shredded
- 2 tsp chinese five spice
- 200 g spring greens shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pack Tilda Rizazz brown basmati heated according to pack instructions
- 4 spring onions shredded
- 1 red chilli shredded
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Stir-fry the beef in 1 tbsp oil until browned then add the ginger and fry for a minute.
- 2Add the five spice, cook for another minute then add the greens with a splash of water and the soy and stir-fry until just tender.
- 3Add the rice and toss everything together.
- 4Serve in bowls topped with spring onion and chilli.
