Ground Pork Stir Fry is so easy to make and SO delicious – like a burst of flavor in your mouth! And you can serve it with rice OR noodles!
📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp cooking oil of choice (avocado, canola, peanut, etc.)
- 1 tbsp Chili Bean Paste (Doubanjiang) – adjust to spice level
- 1 cup bell peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
