This Stir Fry Ground Beef is an easy way to cook ground beef, and it is super tasty too! Ground beef stir fried with onions, mushrooms, garlic and sprinkled with green onions in a soy sauce mixture.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Green onions, chopped
