Make creamy Mango Bingsu at home with fluffy milk ice, sweet mangoes, mango puree, condensed milk, and vanilla ice cream.
📝 Ingredients
- For the Milk Ice
- 500 g milk
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- For the Mango Topping
- 2 ripe mangoes
- For Serving
- Sweetened condensed milk, for drizzling, for drizzling
- Chopped mangoes
- Mango puree
- Vanilla ice cream
- NOTE: Some ingredients can be replaced with their vegan counterparts.
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1--- Make the Milk Ice ---
- 2In a freezer-safe container or bowl, mix together the milk and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. Cover with a lid and freeze for 6–8 hours or until completely solid.

- 4--- Prepare the Mangoes ---
- 5Dice the two mangoes into small cubes and reserve half of the mango chunks.
- 6Blend the rest of the mangoes until smooth to make a puree. If needed, you can add 1–2 teaspoons of water to help it blend. For a sweeter puree, you can also add a little sweetener of your choice. My mangoes were sweet, so I didn't add any additional sweetener.

- 8--- Shave the Frozen Milk ---
- 9Remove the frozen milk mixture from the freezer. Using a fork, shave the frozen milk. Alternatively, you can also use an ice machine or a food processor. You can also crush the frozen milk into fine, fluffy ice.

- 11--- Assemble the Mango Bingsu ---
- 12Divide the shaved milk ice between serving bowls. Add a generous amount of chopped mangoes. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and mango puree. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Serve immediately while the ice is light and fluffy.
